Refund policy

At Go NANI, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our items are food products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help if there’s an issue with your order.


Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are unable to resell food items once they have left our facility, and therefore all sales are final unless an issue falls within the guidelines below.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

care@gonani.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

Resolution is handled on a case-by-case basis.


Shipping Issues

Go NANI is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
